By using Trover you agree to these terms. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and may use the service only where the relevant wallet services, tokens, and onchain activities are lawful. You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and local compliance.
Trover is experimental community software associated with a memecoin ecosystem. Tokens can be volatile, illiquid, manipulated, abandoned, or worthless. Names, symbols, images, communities, and online attention do not create intrinsic value or promised utility.
Content and agent responses are informational interfaces, not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing is an offer, fiduciary relationship, or guarantee of execution, profit, liquidity, listing, redemption, ownership rights, or future performance.
You control linked wallets and enabled agent channels. Within those settings, Trover may treat commands from your linked X account as your instructions. Delegated wallets may submit without another popup; external wallets may require a signature. Keep Privy and X secure and disable actions immediately if either may be compromised.
Blockchain transactions and launches may be irreversible. Quotes can expire, prices can move, transactions can fail, and contracts or protocols can contain bugs. Review the chain, addresses, amounts, routes, fees, slippage, approvals, and transaction result.
You represent that you have rights to submitted names, symbols, descriptions, artwork, and links. Do not impersonate others, infringe rights, mislead users, promise returns, or deploy unlawful tokens. Confirmed artwork may be moderated and published to public IPFS, where deletion may be impossible.
Do not use Trover for fraud, manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorized access, malware, harassment, unlawful securities activity, deceptive promotion, denial of service, or attempts to bypass authentication and limits. Access may be suspended and abuse evidence preserved.
Privy, X, Robinhood Chain, RPCs, explorers, DEXes, issuers, OpenAI, Pons, IPFS, wallets, and bridges are independent third parties with their own terms and risks. Trover does not control their availability, security, pricing, moderation, or decisions.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and error-free operation. Trover contributors are not liable for indirect, consequential, trading, token, lost-profit, lost-data, or lost-key damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and update these terms. You may stop using the service and revoke account links at any time. Provisions that should survive by nature will survive termination.
